- Can I amend or cancel my order after payment?
We aim to process orders as soon as it's received. Please check your order before payment - Price, Shipping costs, Quantities, Address and contact details thoroughly.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, WE ARE UNABLE TO AMEND OR CANCEL ONCE SUBMITTED .
- Do you have Stockists outside the UK?
Yes we do at the following locations for now. Click the link.
- When is your dispatch cut off time?
Orders placed after 12noon will shipped out the next day.
During Sales/Promotions processing may be delayed for which we sincerely apologise.
- How do I track my package?
All orders are tracked. Tracking numbers will be sent after the order has been dispatched.
- Should I expect any delays due to COVID 19?
Due to a lot of travel restrictions still in place globally, we have been advised by our postal services that there may still be some delays. Please be patient.
- Are there any import fees applicable/charges for International Shipping?
ByJoyAdenuga does not charge customers UK VAT, however your own country may charge Import/VAT fees on goods over a certain amount.
Please check with your country's government website for more information.
The Customer is solely responsible for any and all importation/delivery taxes and charges. Failure to pay may result in the destruction of goods without refund.

- Do you offer Student / MUA discounts?
We do discounts and offers occasionally, watch out for these by subscribing to our newsletter.
- Do you accept refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless there is a genuine fault with the product in question which should be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
