How do I track my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent after the order has been dispatched.
Should I expect any delays due to COVID 19?
Due to COVID 19 there might be delays to shipping which is beyond our control. However, you can track your order after dispatch.
When is your dispatch cut off time?
Orders placed after 1pm will shipped out the next day.
For a Saturday delivery, orders should be placed before Friday 12noon.
We do not dispatch on Sundays.
Are there any import fees applicable if the delivery address is outside the UK?
It depends on the recipient's country. The recipient is solely responsible for the payment to any importation/customs and duties that the government may impose on your goods.

We do discounts and offers occasionally, watch out for these by subscribing to our newsletter.
Which lashes will suit me best?
It depends on your eye shape and how natural or glam you love your lashes. Our Baby's breath lashes are perfect for a natural day time look and Hydrangea are perfect for a glam look.
Do you accept refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless there is a genuine fault with the product in question which should be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
Are you closing for Christmas/New year?
We are closed the following dates for Dispatch and Delivery.
